Pavilion seats go fast, but face value will be around $70 per ticket.

Tickets are not on sale yet people who have them now are scalpers.

Pay him face value and fees. You treat him well and fully reimburse him he will be more likely to come back to you later with similar offers. Especially since he could just as easily scalp those tickets for way above cost, and many DMB shows are sold out this summer, so its not like you could get the tickets from TM directly, so if you wanted tickets elsewhere, you would pay WAY above face.

So yeah, pay him what he paid, its a fair deal and you don't come off as a jerk.
